At BUNKER®, we stand by the quality and durability of our storage solutions. That's why we offer a comprehensive 10-year warranty on all BUNKER® items, ensuring you have peace of mind for years to come.

Warranty Details

Our warranty coverage includes:

• Initial Coverage: A 12-month warranty is provided on all BUNKER® items.
• Extended Coverage: This warranty is extended to 10 years upon registration.

To register for your 10-year warranty, please register your product within 28 days of purchase by completing the form below.

Please note that the warranty does not cover:

• Fair wear and tear.
• Accessories.
• Damage caused by misuse, careless or unsafe handling.
• Alterations or modifications to the product.
• Accidents or repairs attempted by anyone other than authorised BUNKER® warranty repair agents.
• If a key is lost this can be replaced at a cost of £20.00 per key and can be arranged by contacting our customer service team.
• Any keys that have been damaged or broken within the lock itself, do not fall under the warranty but please contact our customer service team as we will endeavour to support you where we can.
• If a customer doesn’t have or has misplaced any of the validation details like the serial number, then we will not be able to replace the keys.
