Before installing into a vehicle, please ensure that you consult and follow your vehicle handbook and locate the appropriate fittings for this product. Please use the pre-drilled fixing points and the fixings supplied.
We do not accept any liability or responsibility for any damage to, or effects on, a vehicle caused by incorrect installation or the selection of unsuitable fixings.

Insurers recognise the Sold Secure and police-backed Secured by Design accreditations, which may lead to a reduced premium. Please speak to your insurance company as every insurer is different.
Yes – BUNKER van and site boxes carry both Sold Secure and Secured by Design (police preferred) accreditations to prove their security. Unlike standard storage, these boxes are attack tested and fitted with reinforced lids, tough security locks and a hidden internal Bluetooth tracker holder.
Replacement keys are available for all owners who have registered their 10-year warranty. To request a new set, please contact our customer service team with your unique key code (located on the lock face or your original paperwork).
BUNKER van storage comes with a standard 12-month warranty, which is extended to 10 years when you register your product online within 28 days of purchase. This comprehensive warranty covers manufacturing defects and structural issues with the steel body, drawers, and locking mechanisms. Please note that it does not cover "fair wear and tear," accidental damage, or modifications. Registration is essential to ensure your tool storage is protected for the long haul and to qualify for future services like replacement keys.
Yes, the BUNKER T2 and T3 storage boxes come equipped with adjustable feet as standard. This feature allows you to level the unit perfectly on uneven garage floors or rugged construction sites, ensuring the lid and locking mechanisms align correctly.
Many UK insurance providers offer van insurance discounts for vehicles equipped with high-security storage. Because BUNKER products are Sold Secure and police-backed (Secured by Design), they meet the rigorous security standards insurers look for when reducing premiums.
As every insurer has different policies, we recommend contacting your provider to see how these certifications can lower your specific premium.
Yes, our van storage boxes securely fasten to your vans floor offering excellent protection against theft while keeping your tools well-organised. There are pre-drilled fixing points supplied.
BUNKER X VELOCITY
The standard warranty for the whole range is three years, which can be extended to five years if you register through our website here.
The BUNKER x Velocity range is completely standalone, but that doesn’t mean it isn’t a great addition to your existing BUNKER set up! These bags don’t physically attach to the rest of our range but instead act as an extension you can carry with you.

Yes – all three bags are waterproof, fitted with marine-grade rivets, and feature multiple pockets for consistent, reliable use on any job.
LOAD UP:
No. Once drawers are added, a Load-Up stack is no longer IP65 rated. Standard Load-Up boxes are sealed and weather resistant, but drawer units aren’t due to small gaps around the drawers mean the unit can’t be fully sealed, so they aren’t watertight.

MODULAR STORAGE:
Modular storage typically refers to customisable and flexible storage systems designed to organise, store, and transport tools and equipment.
A modular storage system consists of individual storage units that can be combined in different configurations to suit your needs and requirements. BUNKER® is leading the way with smart modular storage solutions suitable for any environment.
BUNKER® standalone units come fully assembled with all necessary fittings and instruction manuals for easy installation. Our modular storage systems are delivered on pallets and require two people for handling due to their heavy construction.
You can build a BUNKER® with just the floor units and the wall cabinets. The wall cabinets are bolted to the wall, so you do not need a back panel/pegboard if you don’t want one. However, you do need a worktop because it holds the floor units together.
All sizes, dimensions and weights are approximate and subject to reasonable accepted manufacturing tolerances.
Yes, we have a range of spare parts, from ball-bearing runners and bolts to wheels.
They come pre-built. Remember to add on your worktops separately if you’re building BUNKER® your way and not choosing a pre-determined combination.
Yes, the locks and keys are the same on the modular storage units, roller cabinets, workstations etc..
Yes you can.
The maximum load per drawer or shelf varies from product to product. Modular storage units range from 22.7kg for a wall cabinet and base unit, to 36.4kg for a cupboard.
For roller cabinets, the maximum load per single runner drawer is 50kg and 100kg per double runner drawer.

Certain units need to be bolted to a wall and are secured using single and double wall brackets.
